New Collection Items: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange.

Sale Items: Unfortunately, no exchanges are accepted on sale or discounted items.
- Shipping fees for exchanges must be covered by the customer.
Exchange Conditions

Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with all tags attached.

Exchanges apply only to items purchased through our website.

We do not offer refunds — exchanges only.
We Will Gladly Replace Your Item If:
- The wrong item was sent to you.
- The item received is defective.
- The item was damaged during shipping.

All items must be returned in their original packaging, sealed in a bag labeled “Gruppo Moda.”

Customers are responsible for arranging the shipment.
