Exchange Procedure

Applicable to Lebanon & International Orders

  • New Collection Items: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange.

  • Sale Items: Unfortunately, no exchanges are accepted on sale or discounted items.

  • Shipping fees for exchanges must be covered by the customer.

Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with all tags attached.

  • Exchanges apply only to items purchased through our website.

  • We do not offer refunds — exchanges only.

We Will Gladly Replace Your Item If:

  • The wrong item was sent to you.
  • The item received is defective.
  • The item was damaged during shipping.

Return & Exchange Process

  • For Orders in Lebanon

    • All items must be returned in their original packaging, sealed in a bag labeled “Gruppo Moda.”

    • To initiate an exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp at +961 81 413 919 or send us a message on Instagram DM with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.

    • Our team will respond within 48 hours to guide you through the process.

 

  • For International Orders

    • Customers are responsible for arranging the shipment.

    • Please send the item back to the original address printed on your package.

    • Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed accordingly.
